We have a rigorous vetting process that includes background checks, through references and police certification, and personal interviews. Many of our LSAs were also trained and certified by us. We also consider the specific needs of your child to ensure a perfect match

We arrange online interviews between parents and potential LSAs to ensure both parties are comfortable and confident in the match. And we also arrange face to face meeting, where a parent want more assurance

Yes, we offer ongoing support for our gold and silver package members and will work with you to find a more suitable LSA if the initial match isn’t perfect. For Gold and Silver Packages, we would replace your LSA up to 3 times in a year if there is a problem or you feel the LSA is not fulfilling his or her duties properly. This ensures that we reduce or eliminate the possibility of your child missing school because of the LSA’s absence. For Gold package we also provide representation with school

For LSAs

While specific qualifications can vary, a strong desire to support children’s learning and some background in education or childcare is highly beneficial. High school certificate with credit in English and Maths is mandatory. Our training course will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge.

The course spans 6 weeks and covers a comprehensive curriculum designed to prepare you for a successful career as an LSA, including child development, SEN strategies, and classroom support techniques.

Yes, we assist our graduates in finding positions as LSAs, leveraging our extensive network of partnering schools and parents.
