Tola Adeliyi is an inspirational teacher, an inclusion school leader and an author from Milton Keynes, England. He has managed all aspects of special educational needs, disability, and inclusion. He qualified as an outstanding teacher with a postgraduate certificate in education from the prestigious University of Warwick, England. He later obtained the National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordinators, a Special Educational Needs Leadership and Management qualification from Roehampton University, London.

 

During his teaching career in schools across the United Kingdom, he was a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and the Director of the Excellence department at the Hazeley Academy, a SENCO at Thamesmead School, Shepperton, Surrey, and Assistant Head Teacher in charge of Inclusion and Special Educational Needs at Broomfield School, Enfield, London. Over the years, his efforts have rewarded with rapidly improved departments and results. More importantly, he has been rewarded with countless successful students and satisfied parents.

Tola has vast experience as a school leader in raising achievement for students with SEND and challenging even the high achievers. He is very uncompromising in his passion for excellence and delivers his training with utmost candour and humour. As a teacher, Tola believes in teaching students not just the subject knowledge but also the life, leadership, collaborative, and critical thinking skills necessary to thrive in the real world. 

Lisa Such was born in Manchester, UK. She stands at the forefront of educational innovation, blending her passion for teaching with a commitment to excellence in educational leadership. With over ten years in the field, Lisa is recognised for her dynamic leadership, her ability to inspire change, and her dedication to inclusive and forward-thinking educational practices. 

Lisa’s academic credentials are as diverse as they are impressive. She holds a master’s degree in educational leadership from Martin Luther King University and is currently enrolled in the NPQH program. Her educational foundation is further strengthened by a Cache Level 5 in Early Years Leadership and a Cache Level 3 in Early Years Teaching. Lisa’s professional path is characterised by impactful roles that highlight her multifaceted expertise: As an Assistant Principal at one of the local schools in Dubai, she has played a key role in curriculum development, staff and student performance enhancement, and policy development. 

Her tenure at Nibras International School as an Early Years educator focused on enriching teaching practices and fostering strong parental engagement. As a manager in one of the major branches of a local Nursery chain, she demonstrated exceptional managerial skills in overseeing operations, staff, Business Plan, events, and parent relations. 

Tara Taylor is the founder of Bright Beginnings Learning UK, an elite online tutoring programme that not only accelerates children’s English learning but educates parents on how to support their children at home. She qualified as an outstanding Primary School Teacher from St Mary’s University in the United Kingdom, specialising in early reading and writing, and since then has taught for over a decade in many different schools all over the world, before starting her own highly popular and successful online tutoring programme.

Tara and her team’s mission is to help 4–11-year-olds master reading and writing fluency, fostering confidence, motivation and high achievement. With a focus on delivering engaging, kinaesthetic phonics lessons from the age of 4 which secures the skills needed to read and write. Then, once children have secured these, they work with children up to the age of 11 to focus on spelling, punctuation, grammar, vocabulary and comprehension to prepare them for their important examinations.

Drawing from extensive experience in various educational settings, including prestigious schools and tutoring for high-profile families, Tara has honed her approach to prioritise building resilience, confidence, independence, and motivation in young learners.

As a phase leader, Tara collaborated with school leadership to conduct English admission assessments, providing valuable insights into children’s reading and writing abilities. Tara’s dedication to developing children’s mindset and fostering a love for learning is evident in her supportive and challenging teaching environment, where every child is encouraged to embrace challenges and strive for excellence, whilst being motivated by others.

Abisola is a behavioural consultant and a trainer helping teachers and educators to develop a “problem solved” attitude to behaviour management cases.

Abisola Mary A graduate of communication and psychology. In addition to this Abisola studied Child Development Psychology, which is a branch of study that looks at the development needs in early years. She started as an early year’s teacher, teaching Montessori, jolly phonics and blended words to ages 2-5yrs. She later worked as a SEND teacher, gathering the needed experience on how to support students with special needs.

She is a registered behaviour technician/ ABA therapist. As a registered technician, Abisola has been working closely with students with special educational needs, delivering individualised programs made by the BCBA, by utilising and applying the principles of Applied behaviour Analysis in a range of environments including at home and in schools/nurseries.

She is an experienced trainer that has facilitated briefings and presentations to the inclusion department of British curriculum schools. She is particularly experienced in working with students with dyslexia, autism, and ADHD, as well as other learning and physical disabilities.

Abisola is very passionate about promoting individual student’s independence and development.
Apart from being a behavioural consultant, Abisola is also a career consultant and a trainer impacting lives for professional and career growth.

Gina Richardson has been teaching for over twenty years. She is also a writer, poet and transformational coach.

Gina teaches English Language, English Literature, Media and Film Studies at KS3, KS4 and at A Level. She has also been an AQA External Examiner for English GCSE. Gina now runs her own Educational Consulting business based in Milton Keynes, England.

Gina has worked in a range of schools and started her career in education over 2 decades ago as a Teaching Assistant in a Special Needs School. Her commitment to helping young people achieve their goals propelled her to embark on a teaching career. Once qualified as a teacher, her natural abilities were instantly noted, and Gina was fast tracked to middle management and given the post of Pastoral Head to Year 9. From here she became a Head of Department before moving on to become a Head of Sixth Form/Assistant Head teacher in an outstanding school in Northampton. Gina is recognised by her peers as being an exceptional teacher with a unique talent for inspiring and engaging for success even the most disaffected pupils. This stems from her early experiences in the special needs sector and her belief that everyone is capable of success. Gina also holds the NASENCO.

Gina’s responsibilities have included leading large teams, initiating and leading change in departments to ensure achievement and success, the effective implementation of Literacy for the whole school and the training, coaching and mentoring of staff ranging from NQTs to leaders.

Gina’s wealth of experience together with her philosophy on life enables her to see the world of education from a unique perspective. She strongly believes that real, sustainable achievement is accessible through simple approaches that maintain the wellbeing of all concerned.
